Confectionery offers wholesale to selected Portland cafes + shops.

If interested in providing Confectionery goods to your clientèle, here is some information to consider:

*Deliveries are three times a week: Mondays, Wednesdays + Fridays (other days are available upon request)

*We offer select menu items, these include:  cupcakes (gluten-free, vegan and regular), french macarons (gluten-free), salted caramels, salt + chip cookie, gangbuster brownie, farmer’s market fruit galettes, scones (both vegan and regular), and shorties. We are highly interested in working with individual cafes that offer specialty goods (an organic, direct roasted coffee selection for example) to create a specialty featured product.

Confectionery is also working on a line of infused salted caramel sauces for wholesale in coffee shops, ice cream parlors and cafes/restaurants. Please inquire further for a sample.

*We pride ourselves on offering products that use the best ingredients the season has to offer, so some products will not be available year round.

*Our current wholesale discount is 51% with a minimum weekly order of $35 retail. Delivery is free within the Portland metro area.
